Want to Join Me On My Next Run?

I held my second run! We had some new members join the group this time which was lovely to see, they really enjoyed it and I felt more confident leading the group. It’s so amazing knowing I’m helping people get out, get moving and feel much, much better!

What I Could Have Done?

Having Aspergers I struggle with my communication, I could have easily said to myself, no way I’m not leading a group of strangers I barely know at 10.00am on a Sunday morning, I’m staying in my room, my room’s secure, it’s my place of safety. If I did that, I’m not pushing my boundaries, I’m not living outside my comfort zone. If I’m not living outside my comfort zone I’m not living my life to full, I don’t know what I can and can’t do, I’m not making myself stronger, making myself into the best human I can be. Too many people in life sit in their comfort zone because they’re scared of failure, think to yourself, am I pushing myself to be the best I can be?

I’d Love To See You

If you’re an experienced runner or you simply haven’t put one foot in front of the other for years, don’t be afraid to come down to outside Middleton Cheney Library. My next run will be on Sunday 22nd March at 10.00am outside Middleton Cheney Library, OX17 2PD. We run as slow as the slowest runner, we also don’t judge people so if you don’t think you look like a runner, what does a runner look like anyway, please come down and meet me.
