CORONAVIRUS IT WILL KILL YOU, WE’RE ALL GOING TO DIE, WE MAY AS WELL GIVE YOU, ITS THE END OF THE WORLD, IT’S THE NEXT PLAGUE, IT’S THE END OF HUMANITY

I’ve never seen so much fear being spread around society in all my life, I mean coronavirus is just a form of flu, the only difference is we don’t have a cure.
Okay, we don’t have a cure, but the majority of us, if we were to get it, would survive, there’s no need for this mass panic. If you’re struggling with anxiety or mental health, don’t let the media make you fearful, all you will get, if you were to get coronavirus is a form of COLD. I can’t express this enough, RELAX, don’t let the media make you fearful of something that really isn’t something to be fearful about. I can’t count the amount of people I’ve seen panicking, I dread the amount of people stuck in their homes feeling so, so anxious, please, please if you’re reading this, calm down, most importantly, go out for a run, how about my Run Talk Run group, hint, hint.
Think Realistically
20,000 have been tested in the UK, so far 163 people have been diagnosed. That’s 0.00815% of people who’ve got coronavirus, that’s a very, very, very SMALL number. The reason the media and the government have reacted upon this is because there isn’t a cure, if there’s no cure people are at risk of being off work, which means business is held up, which means the UK loses money. That’s the reason, the UK is worried, it’s nothing to do with the spread of the disease, they don’t want business hit, they don’t want to lose money, they don’t want the economy to suffer.
The Alternative Advice
So, my advice to you to avoid coronavirus is to simply carry on the way you are. Wash your hands as you would, I hope you would anyway, especially after visiting those portable loos during race day, but simply don’t panic. Avoid the news as much as possible this will prevent you from being fed messages of fear, of course you have to look at some form of news at some point but think rationally, take the facts, ignore the fear. Last but not least, go out for a run or exercise, if you’re feeling anxious running will help clear this clutter and most importantly make you completely forget about coronavirus and enjoy the big wide world we live in instead. In fact, the snails, slugs, rabbits and squirrels would love some company, why not join them on a run!
